  • Work involves time, expertise, strategy, and resource allocation from the outset

Accordingly, all payments are non-refundable, except where explicitly stated in this policy or required by law.


2. No Guarantee of Results

Ranking Nova does not guarantee:

  • Specific keyword rankings
  • Increases in traffic
  • Leads, sales, or revenue outcomes

Refunds will not be issued based solely on dissatisfaction with results.


3. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered only in the following limited circumstances:

a) Before Work Commencement

  • A full refund may be issued if a written cancellation request is received before any work has commenced.

b) Duplicate or Erroneous Payments

  • Full refunds will be issued for duplicate or accidental payments.

c) Non-Delivery of Service
